Notifications
- Set up notifications for when your credit card payment is due, or when your balance is low and much more.
- To set these up tap Services at the bottom of the accounts screen, then tap ‘Notifications and alerts’.
Quick Zone
- View up to 3 account balances, and your recent transactions without having to login.
- Transfer money between your accounts in Quick Zone.
- To set this up tap the Quick Zone tile on the login screen.
Fast Login
- Login using your fingerprint on iPhone 5s, 6 and 6 Plus (with iOS 8 and above).
- Login using your fingerprint iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 and 4, and iPad Pro (with iOS 8 and above).
- Or login with just your Security Number or password.
- To set this up tap ‘Save card/access number’ when you login.
Cardless Cash
- Withdraw cash using your mobile. Generate a cash code from within the app and use it at our ATMsi.
- To set this up tap Cash at the bottom of the accounts screen.
Connect
- Call us using Connect. You’ll skip the security questions and can select the type of enquiry you have, so our customer service team will know who you are and what you need#.
- Tap Connect at the bottom of the login screen.
Payments and Transfers
- Make payments to BPay Billers, Payees and existing overseas payees.
- Pay to Mobile - pay someone using just their mobile number.
- Schedule future and recurring payments up to 24 months in advance.
- Quick Pay – save your favourite transactions so you can pay them faster next time.

Tap the Services button on the accounts screen to:

- Put your card on hold for up to 14 days1.
- Change your Security Number or password.
- Dispute a credit card transaction.
- Activate your new card and set your PIN.

- Locate our branches and ATMs within Australia.
- Find one of the 50,000 Global ATM Alliance ATMs when overseas and save on ATM withdrawal fees*.
Things you should know
Fees and charges may apply.
1. Putting your card on hold will temporarily stop new transactions on your card for up to 14 days or until reactivated. The card will reactivate after 14 days if you do not cancel the card. Not available for Freedom cards.
i. Applies on consumer accounts where a debit card or credit card is linked to the account. Get cash limit of 3 withdrawals, subject to $500 daily withdrawal limit and $1000 weekly limit. Only available at St.George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA or Westpac ATMs in Australia.

The $5 ATM withdrawal fee is waived if you withdraw cash using your debit card or credit card at a Global Alliance ATM.
A 3% Foreign Transaction Fee applies to overseas debit or credit card withdrawals.
A 2% cash advance fee applies to credit card withdrawals where the "Credit" option is selected.
